It's made from soft materials and has mesh sides that breathe to increase airflow. It's available in charcoal and oak, with a range of melange fabrics that are compatible with all decor styles. Anna found it to be sturdy and secure after being affixed to her bed. The legs clicked into place and the zippers were secure for security. It took her about 10 minutes to assemble and did not require tools, and comes with clear instructions and a video or customer support number if you have any issues.
The CoZee crib comes with all the features you would think of in a crib for your bedside, such as the ability to connect it to your existing bed using a stay-in-place connection system. It also has six height settings. Additionally it has an inclines feature that can be used to assist babies with congestion or reflux. It's also machine-washable, a necessity for all the dribbles, vomit and snot that comes with having a newborn!
The CoZee is a great option for keeping your child close during their first six months of learning to fall asleep independently. It can be used as a cot, changing station and toddler bed. This is one of Chicco's more expensive options, however it has a wide array of features. It's designed as a side sleeper or a standalone crib and is suitable from birth up to six months. It is easy to open and close the side panel using the new mechanism. It is also more adjustable than the predecessor, with 11 different height settings and legs that retract to installation underneath any bed.
Our testers loved the ease of access offered by the side panel, that can be moved up and down with one push of a button. This was particularly helpful at night, as they could reach inside and pick their baby up without waking them up.
It is possible to lower the side panel it's own, however this is not advised, because it increases the chance that your child could be thrown out of the cot. The patented safety locking system guarantees that the side panel will only remain in place if it's connected correctly to the parent's mattress.
